Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00 am - 17.30 pm Saturday on Rota basis 08.00 - 12.00pm
We are on the hunt for a Trade Parts Supervisor to come and join our exceptional team at Colchester Land Rover. Within this role you will report into our Parts Manager, who has an extraordinary wealth of experience within the Automotive industry.
In this role you will be responsible for running the day-to-day duties within our dedicated JLR Trade Hub.
Working closely with our team of Trade Advisors and our Business Development manager you will be responsible for driving initiatives to achieve parts performance and service levels to our valuable Trade customers. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Trade operation. Working alongside a team of trade parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customers’ expectations by going above and beyond.
You will have previous experience gained in a similar role. You will possess excellent communication skills, and practical knowledge of computer systems. It is important that you are able to work as part of a team as well as having the ability to work independently.
You will be a people person with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
