Our Glasgow Volvo site is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team.
A truly great time to be joining Lookers Volvo as an Accounts Assistant. You will be reporting into Fiona Forsyth and work as part of a wider team, this is an opportunity not to be missed. Fiona will guide you with their knowledge and experience to allow you to develop your skills and establish a long successful career within the Automotive industry.
The role will require you to work to set procedures on daily, weekly and monthly cycles, working closely with the rest of the Accounts and Admin team and Line Managers as appropriate carrying out weekly and monthly reconciliations to produce relevant management reports in line with group and brand standards.
The ideal candidate will have a background within an Accounts function and show excellent computer literacy.
You will possess organisational abilities as well as excellent communication; this will enable you to build lasting relationships with customers as well as your fellow team members. Furthermore, you will cope well under pressure meaning you can meet tight deadlines with ease.
