Lookers VRS is recruiting for a highly organised Senior Fleet Administrator to join our growing team and work alongside a team of experienced Administrators, in order to support and provide an exceptional administrative experience to our Fleet Sales team.
Our Senior Fleet Administrators support the day to day running of the Fleet department with a high level of accuracy. They are knowledgeable and capable of working at pace while providing a first-class level of service.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within the automotive, leasing, rental, or dealership sector.
Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality support and service.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
