Our TPS Edinburgh Centre is looking for a dynamic and driven Parts Sales Manager to lead our sales team, grow our customer base, and deliver exceptional service to our trade customers across the region.

The Role
As Parts Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving parts sales performance and profitability through effective leadership, strategic business development, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the internal and external sales teams to achieve sales targets

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers and key accounts

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing local sales strategies

  • Monitoring sales performance and market trends to maximise growth potential

  • Ensuring high standards of customer service, efficiency, and professionalism at all times

  • Working closely with the Centre Manager to deliver operational excellence and achieve business objectives

About You
We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded leader with a proven track record in automotive parts sales and team management.

You will have:

  • Strong experience in parts sales within the automotive industry (TPS, dealership, or aftermarket preferred)

  • Excellent leadership and people management skills

  • A results-driven approach with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver growth

  • Strong customer focus and negotiation skills

  • Good knowledge of parts systems, stock management, and trade customer requirements

  • A full UK driving licence
