Lookers Glasgow Volvo are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Parts Manager to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. As a Parts Manager at our Volvo site you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department, providing excellent customer service and demonstrating a comprehensive technical understanding of the automotive trade.
Joining our hard-working aftersales department, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Not only will you be joining one of the top automotive retailers in the UK, but you will also be offered continuous support to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade industry is essential. You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and can easily develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, the client base and manufacturers. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping, is positive & friendly. We’re looking for a Parts Manager who Demonstrates integrity, discretion and objectivity with the ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, and schedule work appropriately.
