Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: 42 hours between Monday - Friday 7:30 - 6pm (shifts are 7:30am - 4pm or 9:30am - 6pm on shift rota) and Saturdays 8am - 1pm on Rota.
Salary: up to £34,000 OTE (including £26,000 to £28,000 basic depending on experience plus bonus)
Our Service Advisors play an important role in providing our customers with a personalised, premium experience as they come back to us time and time again for servicing, MOT and repairs. You'll need to be professional and approachable, demonstrating a friendly and empathetic manner, capable of dealing with difficult situations with confidence and assertiveness. You'll be knowledgeable and able to communicate effectively with all customers, explaining any vehicle repairs required and advising on timescales for the repairs.
You'll be required to liaise with the full Aftersales department in order to manage customer bookings efficiently. Up-selling parts, accessories and advising customers about warranty cover will form another aspect of this position.

Qualifications / Experience
As a Service Advisor at our busy dealership you must have heaps of energy, a warm personality and a real passion for delivering a first class customer experience each and every time. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport easily whilst being able to explain technical information in a way that is clear and concise. Previous experience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
You will be a great team player but be able to also work independently using your own initiative. We want to hear from you if you have worked in a similar role within the automotive industry and have a passion for customer service and cars!
