Fleet Services Administrator
Salary: £25,500 - £27,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus potential, subject to achieving agreed financial targets

Are you an organised administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?
Lookers Leasing Limited is looking for a proactive Fleet Services Administrator to join our busy Harrogate-based team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support the smooth operation of our fleet and daily rental services.
As a Fleet Services Administrator, you will:
Administer and process PCNs daily via our fleet portal, raising accurate recharges where required.
Coordinate logistics, including arranging vehicle collections, movements, and end-of-contract processes.
Process supplier invoices and issue customer invoices/credit notes in a timely manner.
Upload weekly/monthly fleet lists to third-party suppliers.
Manage daily rentals on behalf of customers, including invoice and recharge processing.
Maintain accurate customer records across databases and files.
Provide professional support to customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Keep up to date with industry knowledge and regulatory changes.
Identify and recommend improvements to processes.
Support the Fleet & Customer Services Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within the automotive, leasing, rental, or dealership sector.
Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality support and service.
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
