IT User Access Analyst
Lookers Head Office Manchester – Remote with occasional travel to a Lookers Dealership
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £23,500 - £26,500 (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 37.5, Monday - Friday with shifts on a rota basis to cover core hours been 7:30-18:00
We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a User Access Analyst, following the successful promotion of a valued colleague within the department.
As a User Access Analyst, you will be responsible for account access, modifications and removals as required as part of an employee’s career journey. You will be required to critically assess user access and usage of our systems.
You will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all requests are handled in accordance with our SLA and KPIs.
