Salary: £24,000; plus OTE up to £4,000

Hours: (42) Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm with a day off in the week, including Saturday 8:45am - 5:00pm and Sunday 10am - 4:00pm with alternate weekends off

Lookers Stoke BMW are recruiting for a passionate and ambitious Product Genius to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. You don’t need to have automotive experience to deliver exceptional customer experiences at BMW. Just plenty personality and a true passion for our cars. • Communicating with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email, telephone and in person
• As a BMW Product Genius, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing a truly immersive, educational, and thrilling experience to our customers. It will be your mission to ensure that every one of our customers leaves our space with unforgettable memories.
• Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
• Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
• Become a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forwards all enquiry leads, whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. You will dazzle our customers with your passion for the brand, and in-depth knowledge of our range of vehicles, guiding them through the specifications – remember this is not a sales site/role, this is an innovative space where we share our knowledge of the amazing vehicles with the potential customers!

You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
