Business Development Manager
Harrogate, Hybrid working
Salary: OTE up to £55,000. Basic £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-17:30 (40 hours per week)
Lookers Leasing is looking for a Business Development Manager to prospect and obtain new customers for Lookers Leasing services within pre-agreed company guidelines.
To maintain regular contact with clients and prospective clients via direct visits and networking events. Promote Contract Hire and all relating products using professional and recognised selling techniques in order to achieve personal pre-agreed volume and profit targets.
Knowledge & Experience:
A proven track record of successful business development in a corporate market over a minimum of a 2 year period.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless B2B customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.
Previous experience in a similar position and within the motor trade would be preferred but not essential as we are always on the look out for new talent to join our team.
