Fleet Administrator
Location: Ellesmere Port Vauxhall
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: Basic salary up to £26,250 per annum
Lookers is seeking a highly organised and motivated Fleet Sales Administrator to join our growing team at Ellesmere Port Vauxhall. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment, working alongside a dedicated group of experienced administrators.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our Fleet Sales department. Your responsibilities will include managing customer orders, coordinating vehicle movements, and maintaining accurate records — all while delivering exceptional administrative support.
Process and input new customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal fleet management systems
Update daily status reports to reflect order progress
Coordinate vehicle collections and movements
Maintain and update customer databases
Respond to internal and external queries via telephone and online communication
Provide customers with accurate quotations using approved quotation tools
Complete all relevant paperwork to a high standard
Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc accounts duties as needed
Work independently with guidance from the Admin Manager, providing timely updates on assigned tasks
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in an administrative role
Possesses strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Is customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Maintains a proactive, positive, and can-do attitude
Previous experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with systems such as Kerridge or Keyloop is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
