Overview

Ford Transit Centre, Colchester 

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: Uncapped Earning Potential!! (basic salary of £25,000 per annum, uncapped commission with OTE of £50,000 plus Company Car!)

Working hours: (44) Monday to Friday between 09:00 to 18:00, and Saturdays on rota 09:00 to 17:00

An opportunity that will allow you to utilise your fine-tuned Customer Service skills and provide an exceptional experience to all our retail and business customers. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not essential for this role, all we ask is that you're willing to get stuck in and learn the products inside and out. Full support and training will be provided, with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 of your journey with us. Not to mention, access to our Ford dealer portal for any Brand training required.

You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing the deal. You may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, therefore a full UK driving licence is a must.
