Reporting to: Internal Audit Manager

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Auditor to join our Internal Audit team at Lookers. This newly established, field-based role is designed to strengthen assurance over operational and financial controls at the franchise level through targeted, risk-based reviews.

You’ll conduct on-site assessments, control testing, and data-driven analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of site-level controls. • Report key findings, thematic insights, and monitor remediation activity.
  • Promote consistent policy application and support operational risk management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong audit or operational risk experience, ideally in a multi-site or retail environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify control gaps.
