Audi Preparation Centre is recruiting for a highly organised Assistant Accountant to join our growing team, working alongside our other accountants. This opportunity is one which you can learn from the best in our Market Area accountant who will allow you to develop your skills and establish a long successful career in the automotive industry.

The Assistant Accountant is the backbone of any finance department. You will be required to use your knowledge and skills previously gained as Accounts Assistant’s to help and support those now in those positions within their team whilst also effectively working alongside the Dealership Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial results are driven.

• Daily Bank Reconciliations, covering the cash and bank postings in period of absence within your team
• Daily Audi Bank Postings
• Weekly review and analysis of all vehicle and cash sale debt
• Weekly profit report analysis liaising effectively between Operational
• Management and Vehicle Admin teams
• Assistant the Dealership Accountant with month end related tasks
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations

You will be a hardworking Assistant Accountant or Senior Accounts Assistant looking to move into an Assistant Accountant position. Motor trade experience is essential as is the knowledge of Kerridge/ADP.

Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic and a positive mental attitude is what is needed to succeed in this position.
