Overview

Hybrid Working Available (minimum 3 days per week in a Dealership)

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum (including basic of £40,000 to £45,000, depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5:30pm 

 

Location: Hybrid role working from one of our Ford Dealerships, with some travel required to our other Ford sites throughout England

 

We are on the hunt for a Warranty Manager to join Lookers Ford Division to help support and guide our Warranty Administrators in processing claims and communicating with Customers. You will be part of the wider Aftersales Team across the division, who will be there to support and guide you through your new role. 

Our Warranty Team is fundamental within our Aftersales department! Day-to-day they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both face-to-face, over the phone and via email. For this role, we are looking for someone from a Service background in the Automotive Industry, who is capable of demonstrating success in improving Warranty Processes and Customer Satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategically leading and developing your team of Administrators to ensure all warranty claims are processed to manufacturer standards
  • Assessing the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the workshop
  • Invoicing and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Supporting with Paint and body claims
  • Interacting daily with customers over the phone

We are looking for an individual with a Technical background, from within the Automotive industry. You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately. You will also be great at talking to customers and showcase a friendly but professional manner. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues. It is also essential that you have strong IT skills; are you able to easily navigate around the Microsoft packages?
