If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. An opportunity that will allow you to utilise your fine-tuned Customer Service skills and provide an exceptional experience to all our customers. Previous automotive experience is desirable, but not essential for this role, as all we ask is that you're willing to get stuck in and learn the products inside and out. Full support and training will be provided, with access to Lookers sales process training from Day 1 of your journey with us. At Sudbury Ford, we have Sales Advisors specialising in New or Used car sales, ensuring that they comply with our FCA regulated sales process. You will be the key point of contact for our customers, communicating via email, phone and in person. Attention to detail and flawless administration skills will help you succeed in closing the deal. You may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious vehicles on the market, therefore a full UK driving licence is a must.
