Overview

Location: Glasgow Audi
Hours: Saturday 08:30 - 17:00 | Sunday 10:00 - 14:00

 

Are you a friendly and professional communicator with excellent customer service skills? Glasgow Audi is looking for a dedicated Switchboard Operator to join our team for the weekend shift.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the main switchboard, directing calls efficiently and courteously to the appropriate departments or individuals
  • Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information or messages
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required, including call logging and message taking
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a customer-facing environment is beneficial
  • A professional and courteous manner with a positive attitude
