You will be responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing our cutting-edge electric vehicles, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Polestar Space. This role requires a passion for automotive innovation, customer engagement, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an outstanding and engaging customer experience, ensuring that every visitor to the Polestar Space receives personalized and professional service.

• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Polestar’s values and commitment to sustainability and innovation.

• Lead sales conversations, provide product demonstrations, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

• Support the Retail Manager in driving sales performance and achieving business objectives.

• Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their knowledge and customer interaction skills.

• Assist in organizing and executing events, test drives, and community engagement initiatives.

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Polestar’s products, technology, and industry trends to educate customers effectively.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Assist in managing inventory, showroom appearance, and operational efficiency.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of the retail experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail, automotive, or luxury sales.

• Strong passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and innovation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

• Leadership experience, with the ability to coach and mentor junior staff.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
