Overview

Location: Jaguar Landrover Colchester

Hours: 37.5; Monday- Friday 8:30-17:00

Salary: £23,100-  £26,250

  • Allocate and update daily cash payments quickly & accurately to the Ledger on a daily basis
  • Maintain Reconcile Cash Sale / Customer Accounts on a Weekly Basis
  • Provide Time basis accurate Weekly / Monthly Reports to aftersales Managers
  • Contact customers on a weekly basis to ensure that they pay promptly within credit terms
  • Support credit control team to maintain accurate records of all incoming / outgoing queries on customer Database
  • Assist credit control team in identifying potential problems with payments/ queries and resolve quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.

We are on the hunt for an individual who has experience of working within a busy office environment; including showing good data processing skills, excellent communication as well as core Excel, Word and Outlook experience.

It is important you’re able to demonstrate a high standard of numeracy and have a real eye for accuracy! Whilst working within Credit Control, it is important that you are a key team player who is able to demonstrate a flexible approach as well as a willingness to learn. Furthermore, it would be great if you’re a self-starter who can both set and achieve goals within this space. It is also essential that you can show strong organisational and time management skills.
