Salary: £30,000 OTE (including basic of £22,000 plus uncapped bonus)
We are looking for a talented individual with customer service experience to join our team based in our busy Premium Customer Contact Centre as an Aftersales Customer Advisor.

As an Aftersales Customer Advisor you will play a pivotal role in our Aftersales Team and have the opportunity to work with our premium brands such as Audi, BMW/Mini, Land Rover, Jaguar and Volvo, providing exceptional customer service experience which will keep our workshops busy and secure loyal customers for years to come.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, whether that be face to face or telephone based. They will be highly organised, ambitious, and have a positive can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as is a friendly and professional telephone manner and a good level of computer literacy.
Automotive experience is desirable, however not essential as full training will be provided as part of your induction and ongoing learning, allowing you to expand your knowledge of the automotive sector. You will be provided with opportunities for career progression in a variety of different roles within the Group.
