Overview

Location: Lookers PartsPlus Sheffield

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Salary: OTE up to £32,400

Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday: 09:00 - 17:30 and Saturdays 08:00-13:00 on rota basis)

 

Are you a Parts Advisor or Telesales Advisor in search of a new challenge?  You have arrived at the right place, here at Sheffield PartsPlus we are on the hunt for an experienced and enthusiastic Parts Telesales Advisor to join our successful team. PartsPlus is owned by Ford Motor Company and are true experts in their field of automotive Parts for all vehicles.

 

Reporting to the Telesales Supervisor, the Telesales Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with new and existing Customers, by taking Parts orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App. The role also entails supporting Customers and providing expert advice on Parts.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately identifying Parts for specific vehicles
  • Fulfil Customer orders via the Phone, Email and Customer App
  • Build strong relationships with both new and existing Customers
  • Provide a high level of Customer service
  • Supporting our Customers to become more profitable

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role you must:

  • Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally 
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Be a ‘Team Player’
  • Have a basic understanding of using a computer (full training of systems and software can be provided)
