Polestar Space Manager
Hours: 45 hours per week
Salary: £36,000 basic salary plus bonus potential up to £7,000
Lookers Glasgow Polestar are recruiting for an ambitious Polestar Space Manager to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. You will lead our passionate team to make sure they are providing a first class customer service experience.

As a Polestar Space Manager you will manage a diverse team and will be responsible for supporting our Polestar brand. You will report to Andy Johnston who will enable you to be the best Polestar Space Manager by providing you with continuous support and development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm, drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results. Experience of managing a team is essential for this role.
You will dazzle our customers with your passion for the brand, and in-depth knowledge of our range of vehicles, guiding them through the specifications – remember this is not a sales site/role, this is an innovative space where we share our knowledge of the amazing vehicles with the potential customers!
You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
